Case Studies
Solving Valuable Business Problems
Case Studies are created during the project – not after.
That’s because they have 4 distinct sections that become clear at different stages, and build upon each other:
- The Challenge: is defined early on in the project during research when we refine, validate and sign off the Problem Statement with the stakeholder, which set’s out the challenge
- The Approach: reflects the method, or the elements of it that were used, and the tasks carried out to deliver the outcomes. This can be known fully by the end of research.
- The Outcomes: are a set of expected (and retrospective) outcomes that the project was to deliver – they show how we met the challenge and delivered on the required value(s).
- The Benefits/Value: are the value(s) created by delivering the outcomes (agreed with the client) – these are measurable and reflect efficiency, revenue, engagement etc, of the final solution.
