My work spans UX leadership and mentoring, corporate UX/SD strategy, AI solution design, and the ongoing refinement of the structured problem-solving methodology. I regularly write, speak, and teach on UX, research, Service Design, and AI innovation, and have trained professionals at every level.

With a strong foundation in systems architecture, software, hardware and agile delivery, I collaborate cross-functionally to translate user and business needs into scalable, valuable outcomes. I’ve held senior and leadership roles across many sectors and geographies, and actively support the development of great teams and inclusive practice.
